Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our pricing strategy. Your key responsibilities will include optimizing volume and margins, conducting detailed data analysis, and ensuring effective communication with distributor partners. You will be integral in monitoring market conditions, supporting ad-hoc analysis for finance and commercial planning teams, and developing pricing models and forecasts. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute Pricing Strategy: Implement the company's pricing strategy to align with business goals.
  • Optimize Volume and Margins: Analyze sales data and market trends to maximize volume and margins.
  • Monitor Market Conditions: Track competitor pricing and market changes.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze pricing data and prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc analysis support for finance and commercial planning teams.
  • Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Modeling and Forecasting: Develop pricing models and forecasts.
  • Distributor Communication: Manage all communication related to pricing with distributor partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 2+ years in pricing analysis, preferably in FMCG or alcoholic beverages.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with VIP, Excel, and Sage Intacct

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 10%

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
